Grapevine RestaurantsGrapevine has more than 150 restaurants within the city, offering every kind of food your heart desires. Here are some favorites: Big Daddy's Ship Store
This is a regular breakfast stop for one of the National Champs! Great for burgers, breakfast,
sandwiches and steaks. It is at the end of the pier and you can eat outside. They also have soft
drinks and ice for your races. Good place to hang out before and after the races and tell your
buddies who did what to whom on the course. Word is it's bugged, so no complaining about the
organizing committee here! Located at Scott's Landing Marina on Grapevine Lake Cafe Italia is a favorite of Grapevine
sailors. Bring your own wine or beer (since they do not serve) and you can have a nice dinner
for $14 or so. But be warned, we serve this on Friday at the award dinner. Cafe Italia has two locations. Baja Mexican Grill. You will find GSC
members here on Friday evenings, enjoying strong margaritas and modestly priced Mexican food.
Just so you know, Baja will cater the Monday or Wednesday night dinner at the club. Esparza's Restaurante Mexicano
is another favorite of Grapevine sailors. It has a large, active and loud bar area and modest prices. Ravioli
I haven't been here in a while but it is an old time Italian restaurant. I do not remember if it is BYOB or not. Willhoite's Restaurant
If you own a motorcycle and a Catalina, then this is the bar for you. Located in a historic 1914 building that was once
Grapevine's first automotive gas station, this eclectic bar features a garage-like atmosphere and
serves a Texas sized buffet, a never ending salad bar, and a variety of drinks at the fully stocked bar.
Look for where the motorcycles are parked on Main Street! For seafood try: Tolbert's Restaurant
Serves Texas and Southwestern cuisine. Bonedaddy's
Judging by the cars in the parking lot, this is a very popular up scale barbecue and steak place but pricier
then your regular BBQ. Mimi's Café
Serves home style meals and all come with a muffin. Save it for a snack in between races. Schlotzsky's
If you are not familiar with his deli I recommend you try their sandwiches. Carrabba's Italian Grill is another nice Italian (but chain) restaurant. They do serve liquor. 1701 Crossroads - 817.410.8461 Find more Grapevine restaurants Southlake RestaurantsSouthlake Tavern
Nice bar and my favorite hangout. Appetizers are half price during happy hours; wine and beer is $3 and
margaritas $2. Try the Blue Moon microbrew. The Tuna Nachos and crab cakes are to die for,
they are about $4.50 during happy hour and make a meal in itself. The good news is that happy hour
is from 2-7 PM and 9-11 PM and 12-7 on Saturday. Armend's Restaurante Another Italian and pizza restaurant
where you can eat inexpensively because you have to bring your wine wine or beer. Red Hot & Blueis a good Barbecue restaurant. Southlake Town Square RestaurantsMi Cocina has resonably priced Mexican food. X-O Sport & Tavern is a nice bar and restaurant. Rockfish Seafood Grill Corner Bakery
has sandwiches and salads Cafe Express Cheesecake Factory
loud and pricey but fun Find more Southlake restaurants |
